Participants must submit a PowerPoint presentation using the official PPT template provided by the organizing team.

Only submissions made in the given template will be evaluated.
Based on the Round 1 submissions, the top 45 teams will be shortlisted for Round 2.
Shortlisted teams will participate in a 24-hour in-person hackathon, where they must:

Build a working prototype of the same idea submitted in Round 1

Present the solution, architecture, and live demo to the judging panel

Show technical implementation and problem-solving rigor

Submit their final project materials (code, demo, presentation) at the venue
Only teams that submitted and qualified through Round 1 are eligible for Round 2.
