Requirements

Round 1 — PPT Submission (Online)

Participants must submit a PowerPoint presentation using the official PPT template provided by the organizing team.
Your PPT should clearly cover the following:

  • Problem statement

  • Proposed solution

  • Innovation & uniqueness

  • Tech stack / approach

  • Feasibility

  • Impact & scalability

Only submissions made in the given template will be evaluated.
Based on the Round 1 submissions, the top 45 teams will be shortlisted for Round 2.

 Round 2 — In-Person Hackathon (30–31 January 2026)

Shortlisted teams will participate in a 24-hour in-person hackathon, where they must:

  • Build a working prototype of the same idea submitted in Round 1

  • Present the solution, architecture, and live demo to the judging panel

  • Show technical implementation and problem-solving rigor

  • Submit their final project materials (code, demo, presentation) at the venue

 

Only teams that submitted and qualified through Round 1 are eligible for Round 2.
